The exercise was designed to get you to go deep to see how you are getting in your own way. We all have our “trigger” issues that hold us back, and this inventory can help you to clearly identify where yours are. As you review your answers, ask yourself a few questions. Do I need to let these issues make me feel bad about myself? Will they matter when I am living my last day on earth? How much time and energy am I losing in order to worry about these things? Have I blown these issues out of proportion? Can I decide not to worry about these matters for 24 hours and honor that decision? If so, can I go a whole week? Even longer? Time's up
